Payment & Fees: All services fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase. All purchases are final. Cancellation & Rescheduling are allowed only if a written request is sent via email to contact@steeplechase.com within 2 days of the purchase date. Intellectual Property: All content & materials are the intellectual property of SteepleChase. Copying, Distributing, Modifying, Reselling, or Sharing these materials to third parties is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this policy will result in the immediate termination of your access to all services, content and materials without refund, and potential legal action. Technical Issues: SteepleChase is not responsible for any damage, or any technical, internet, access, software, or any IT issues and difficulties that may arise before, during, or after the service(s) is provided. Amendments to Terms: SteepleChase reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them before making any purchase. Voluntary and informed Purchase: You agree that your decision to purchase SteepleChase’s Service(s) including but not limited to the FRAME ICT Change Management Methodology Certification, is made voluntarily and without any form of pressure, coercion, or manipulation from SteepleChase, its owner, its representatives, or any other external party. You agree that no deceptive tactics, false promises, or undue influence were used to induce your decision to make this purchase. You agree that you have thoroughly reviewed and understood the information provided regarding the service, including but not limited to the service description, pricing, and any associated terms and conditions. You accept full responsibility for your decision to purchase the service(s) and its outcomes, and for ensuring that the service(s) meets your needs and expectations before the purchase.
